Experience Aultman's Angel Auction!
“À Coeur vaillant rien d'impossible” —
“Nothing is impossible for a willing heart”
To a willing heart nothing is impossible! Under the direction of auction co-chairwomen Christine Schulman and Paula Mastroianni, the Aultman Angels completed the 44th annual black tie event, Angel Auction 2013: An Evening in Paris, held Friday, May 10, 2013 at the Canton Civic Center. What an amazing night it was!
All proceeds (yet to be announced this year) benefitted the Women’s Board pledge of $5 million to the Aultman Cancer Center. The center will provide cancer services at Aultman in one innovative facility that will be home to state-of-the-art clinical care and much more, for generations to come.
This year, the Angels offered two chances for two raffle prizes. One prize was a nine-day trip to the stunningly beautiful Paris and Provence regions of France — the other was your choice of a 36mm or 31mm Rolex watch, compliments of Gasser Fine Jewelers. Learn more about the raffle here: see a slideshow about the trip to France and Rolex watch, read the itinerary, see the rules.
Under the wings of The Women's Board of Aultman Hospital, the Angel Auction is an annual fundraising event featuring more than 400 silent and live auction items. Since 1969, the Women's Board has raised more than $20 million to support Aultman Health Foundation. The success of this event can be attributed to the hundreds of Women's Board members who donate both their time and talent, along with the generous support from the community.
